OFFICE
The Show Horse Office will be located on the main arena and open the following times:
Thursday 14 Sep 23 – 8:00am to 4:00pm
Friday 15 Sep 23 – 6:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 16 Sep 23 – 6.30am to 5:00pm
Sunday 17 Sep 23 – 6:30am to 10:00am
MEASURING
Breastplate numbers for horses with current height certificates will be held at the office.
Measuring will take place at the following times:
Wednesday 13 Sep 23 – 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Thursday 14 Sep 23 – 7:00am to 10:00am and 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Friday 15 Sep 23 – 7:00am to 8:00am and 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday 16 Sep 23 – 7:00am to 8:00am and 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Sunday 17 Sep 23 – 7:00am to 8:00am
STABLING
Each stable will be unlocked by the Stable Manager on arrival during the following hours.

Stabling and camping must be vacated by 9:00am Monday 18 Sep 23 unless permission is obtained from the OC.
ARENA ACCESS
Access to the Arena will be available during the following times:
Thursday 14 Sep 23 – At the completion of the Thursday – 5:00pm – Leading Rein practice 5:15pm – 5:30pm
Friday 15 Sep 23 – 6:00am to 6:45am – Only for horses entered in Childs classes to be ridden by the entered child rider.
Saturday 16 Sep 23 – 6:00am to 6:45am – Leading Rein practice 6:45am to 7:00am
Sunday 17 Sep 23 – 6:00am to 6:45am – Leading Rein practice 6.45am to 7.00am
Note –Morning sessions are for those competing that day only.
The Free Ride Area is for riders to come give their horses light work and a look around – This is not for you to work your horse down.
Arena 2 will be open for working horses.
Day Stay Parking
Parking for day stays will be in P1 and Main Truck Park – steel day yards are available for use.
