MUSIC FOR WORKOUTS

Music Fee: $20 per competitor payable to the company compiling the music when submitting the music.

If you wish to have your own music played you must submit the music file. Please submit your music from 1 November. Music must be submitted by Wednesday 26th November 2025. Background music will be supplied.

• Music is to be 2 minutes 30 seconds long for Free Workouts and Rider Workouts.
• Music is to be 2 minutes for Child’s/Juniors Class workouts.
• It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure the music is the correct length
• All files are to be sent in MP3 or WAV file format. Any other format will be sent back.
• Ensure you select your correct class/state/horse’s name etc. when uploading your music.
• Information must be completed correctly, or the music will be rejected.
• Video Files will not be accepted, nor will song names to be downloaded.
• Music with offensive or explicit language will not be played.
• Music to be submitted by Wednesday 26th November 2025.
• Music files will be tested, and a receipt will be sent back. All music can be checked during practice times at the event on Wednesday 3rd December. It is your responsibility to test your music.

Please Note: When a competitor is instructed by the Steward to enter the ring, the music will begin.

If music is not submitted by the due date, background music will be supplied. Please note: after the Event, all music on file will be disposed of.
